Can I take home the furniture I’ve ordered, after the event?

When you order furniture with us you are entering into a rental agreement for the duration of the event. It is not permitted to remove the furniture from your stand at the end of the event.

When will the ordered furniture be delivered?

The ordered furniture will be delivered to your exhibition space by the end of the last build-up day. In case the ordered furniture is not present, kindly reach out to our Exhibition Service via packaginsummit@a-booth.nl or by phone at 0031 (0) 75- 7600562. Alternatively, you can visit our onsite exhibitor services desk.

I want to order other furniture, that is not included in the webshop?

The furniture available in the webshop has been specifically chosen in alignment with the Packaging Summit organization. If you are interested in ordering different types of furniture, please reach out to us via packagingsummit@a-booth.nl.
